Stuffed Pasta Shells

  • 1 pkg. jumbo shells
  • 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese (reserve some for top)
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Cook pasta shells as directed on package.

    Mix cheeses, eggs and spices in bowl.

    Spoon cheese mixture into shells.

    Pour thin layer of sauce in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Place stuffed shells open side down side by side in pan.

    Pour remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
