- 2 large green peppers
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- cheese (optional)
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- pepper
Directions

1Cut off top of peppers and clean out seeds.

2Cook in boiling water to cover, 5 minutes.

3Cook celery and onion in a little oil until tender.

4Brown ground beef.

5Add all ingredients together. Stuff the peppers with mixture.

6Place in baking pan.

7Cover and bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven.
