- 4 large green peppers
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cut thin slice from stem end of pepper.

2Remove seeds; discard.

3In a skillet, saut onions and brown ground meat.

4Add remaining ingredients except peppers; mix well.

5Stuff peppers with mixture and place on baking sheet.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
