- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 2 c. green pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 c. cooked white rice
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain.

2Add remaining ingredients except rice to soup pot.

3Bring mixture to boil; reduce heat and simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until peppers and onions are tender. Add rice.

4Heat thoroughly for about five minutes and serve.
