- 1 medium onion
- 2 cups ground beef
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 tsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup catsup
Directions

1Cut ends off peppers and remove seeds.

2Boil pepper 5 minutes.

3Chop pepper ends and onions.

4Saute with ground beef until brown, add other ingredients.

5Bake in muffin pan for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
