  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 to 2 c. grated cheese
