  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Wash and clean peppers; parboil and cool.

    Mix ingredients. Stuff peppers and bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered.

    Uncover, pour chili sauce over peppers and bake 15 minutes more.
