  • 6 large, green peppers
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 lb. chopped meat
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can undiluted tomato soup
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Cut stem and circle out of top of peppers.

    Remove seeds and inside pulp.

    Combine rice, meat, 1 1/2 cups of onion, salt and pepper and mix well.

    Stuff peppers with this.
