- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 2 lb. chopped meat
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. water
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can undiluted tomato soup
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut stem and circle out of top of peppers.

2Remove seeds and inside pulp.

3Combine rice, meat, 1 1/2 cups of onion, salt and pepper and mix well.

4Stuff peppers with this.
