- 1 pan corn bread
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 bell peppers, halved and parboiled
- 12 slices bacon, drained and crumbled
Directions

1Fry bacon.

2Saute onion in small amount of bacon drippings, and add crumbled corn bread and bacon to pan and stir.

3Add enough water to make very moist.

4Parboil peppers until tender, place on pan and fill with cornbread filling.

5Place under broiler until brown on top.
