  • 4 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk (5.33oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Piecrust

Directions

    Combine sugar, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, butter, milk and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.

    Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until set.

    You may need to shield the crust with foil to prevent burning.

    Allow to cool and serve warm or at room temperature with a dollop of whipped cream.
