- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Cocoa
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
- 1 can Evaporated Milk (5.33oz)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Piecrust
Directions

1Combine sugar, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, butter, milk and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.

2Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until set.

3You may need to shield the crust with foil to prevent burning.

4Allow to cool and serve warm or at room temperature with a dollop of whipped cream.
