- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. parsley
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 small can tomatoes
- 6 large peppers
Directions

1Top and core peppers.

2Salt inside.

3Mix rest of ingredients and stuff into peppers.

4Place in crock-pot.

5Cover with mix of water, one can of tomato sauce and one beef bouillon.

6Place inverted plate on top to keep peppers submerged.

7Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
