- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 4 large green peppers
Directions

1Cut peppers in half.

2Boil in water until peppers change colors.

3Brown beef in skillet and drain.

4Mix soup, rice and cheese.

5Fill each pepper with meat mixture and sprinkle cheese on top of each.

6Cook in oven for about 20 minutes.
