  • 6 large bell peppers
  • 8 c. yellow rice, cooked
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • onions
  • 1 large jar Prego

Directions

    Cut tops off peppers; remove seeds and wash. Cook beef and sausage and drain. Combine rice, meats, onions, salt, pepper to taste and Prego sauce.

    Fill peppers.

    Replace tops and cook in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish in a 350° oven for 1 hour.

    Any remaining ingredients may be placed around peppers while they cook.
