- 6 large bell peppers
- 8 c. yellow rice, cooked
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1 large jar Prego
Directions

1Cut tops off peppers; remove seeds and wash. Cook beef and sausage and drain. Combine rice, meats, onions, salt, pepper to taste and Prego sauce.

2Fill peppers.

3Replace tops and cook in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish in a 350° oven for 1 hour.

4Any remaining ingredients may be placed around peppers while they cook.
