  • 6 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, chopped
  • 27 jumbo marshmallows (or 1 package regular marshmallows)
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon rum flavoring or 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rice, zkrispies
  • 12 cup baker's angel flake coconut
  • 12 cup pecans, chopped

Directions

    Melt chocolate over low heat, stirring until melted.

    Stir in marshmallows, milk and rum flavoring; continue stirring over low heat until melted.

    Add cereal, coconut and nuts.

    Mix lightly.

    Cool slightly.

    Form into 1-inch balls.

    Roll in additional coconut or nuts, if desired.
