- 6 medium green peppers
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 c. toasted bread crumbs
Directions

1Can cook in oven or crock-pot.

2Remove top and seeds from pepper and parboil for 5 minutes.

3Drain.

4Cook onion and celery in butter just until tender.

5Add meat and cook until red disappears.

6Add chili sauce, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper. Cook until bouillon cubes dissolve.

7Stir in toasted cubes.

8Fill pepper shells 2/3 full.

9Place in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch pan and bake in hot oven (400°) for approximately 25 minutes.

10Top with chili sauce.
