- 2 lb. chopped meat
- 1/2 medium chopped onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 nice size and shape peppers
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients with a fork until well mixed.

2Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.

3Fill with chopped meat mixture (do not pack into peppers).

4Place side by side in large Dutch oven pot.

5Mix the 2 cans of soup together.

6Pour tomato soup over peppers.

7Bring to a boil; reduce heat.

8Cover and simmer 1 hour.
