- 6 large green bell peppers
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. rice, cooked
- dash of salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 can water
Directions

1Cut tops off of peppers and clean out seeds.

2Arrange peppers in a large saucepan.

3Mix hamburger, rice, egg, milk, onion and salt together and use mixture to stuff peppers.

4Mix soup and water together and pour over peppers.

5Cook over medium heat about 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
