- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 3/4 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 green peppers
Directions

1Brown beef and onion.

2Add tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese to meat.

3Seed peppers and boil in lightly salted water 5 minutes.

4Drain and stuff with meat mixture.

5Place in casserole.

6Put any extra meat around the peppers.

7Sprinkle rest of cheese on top and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
