- 4 green peppers
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. cooked onion
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut peppers into halves lengthwise; remove seeds and wash. Combine ground beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 can tomato sauce.

2Pile meat mixture lightly into pepper halves.

3Place in large baking dish.

4Top each pepper with remaining tomato sauce. Cover dish tightly.

5Bake in oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350°.
