- 4 large green peppers
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut peppers in halves lengthwise; seed, wash and drain. Combine remaining ingredients; use to stuff pepper cases.

2Place in shallow greased pan and add water to depth of 1 inch.

3Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 1 hour.
