- 8 green peppers
- vegetable spray
- 1 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1 stalk chopped celery
- 1 small diced zucchini
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 c. cooked brown rice
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided
- 1/2 c. fat-free Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cut a slice from the top of pepper and discard seeds.

3Spray nonstick skillet with vegetable spray.

4Add ground meat.

5Cook on medium heat until browned.

6Put meat in colander and run under hot water to remove excess fat from meat. Set aside.
