- 4 medium green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Remove tops and seeds from peppers; cook in boiling salted water about 5 minutes.

2Drain.

3Brown beef and cook onion in butter until tender; stir in soup and remaining ingredients. Spoon meat mixture into peppers; place in casserole dish.

4Bake in a 375° oven for 30 minutes.
