- 4 bell peppers
- 1 small onion
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. cooked rice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Parboil peppers until tender.

2Brown ground meat in skillet with onion, salt and pepper.

3Add cooked rice to meat mixture. Add tomato sauce and put in peppers.

4Then cook in microwave on High for 15 minutes.

5Serve with grated cheese (optional).
