Stuffed Peppers

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Parboil peppers until tender.

    Brown ground meat in skillet with onion, salt and pepper.

    Add cooked rice to meat mixture. Add tomato sauce and put in peppers.

    Then cook in microwave on High for 15 minutes.

    Serve with grated cheese (optional).
