- 4 medium green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Directions

1Wash peppers.

2Cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Lightly mix beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.

3Pile into pepper halves.

4Arrange in shallow baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over peppers.

5Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
