- 6 green peppers, parboiled
- 1 c. chopped tomato
- 1 c. minced cold meat
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. melted shortening
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
Directions

1Clean out peppers; parboil 5 minutes.

2Mix together all other ingredients and fill peppers.

3Put in baking dish with a cup of hot water or stock.

4Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
