  • 1 large onion, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • bread crumbs
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • bread crumbs and butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 2 oz. parsley
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Parmesan cheese
