- 1 lb. ground sirloin
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1 3/4 c. tomatoes
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 6 peppers
Directions

1Brown ground sirloin and onion.

2Do not add Minute rice when browning meat.

3Add tomatoes, rice, salt, pepper and sugar. Sprinkle flour over top.

4Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Wash peppers; cut in half and remove seeds.

6Drop into boiling water and boil 1 minute; drain. Stuff with meat mixture.

7Top with buttered crumbs and grated cheese.

8Bake 1/2 hour at 375°.

9Do not cover.

10Serves 6 to 8.
