  • 1/2 c. low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. red vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon or spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. each: dried oregano and basil, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Place all the ingredients into a 1/2-pint screw-top jar.

    Cover tightly and shake vigorously to blend.
