- 6-8 Large Green Peppers
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 3/4 Cup Raw Rice
- 1/2 Cup Salad Dressing
- 1 Can Cream of Tomato Soup
Directions

1Cut off top of peppers and clean.

2Remove all seeds and membrane.

3Parboil for about two minutes; drain.

4Brown the ground beef; drain.

5Cook the rice until tender in salt water and add to ground beef.

6Add 1/2 cup salad dressing.

7Mix well and stuff each pepper.
