- 8 medium-sized green peppers
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 c. washed rice
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 large onion
- 3 Tbsp. onion
- 3 Tbsp. Crisco
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Cut tops of peppers off and remove seeds.

2Mince onions and brown in Crisco.

3Mix into meat, rice and seasonings.

4Stuff peppers to 1/4 inch from top.

5Place upright in roaster; add the tomato juice.

6Make sure peppers stay upright.
