- 4 large peppers
- 3/4 lb. chop meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Cut peppers across top and scoop out insides.

2Bring 4 quarts water to boil.

3Put clean peppers in and blanche for 3 minutes. In frypan, cook chop meat, garlic, onion and nutmeg.

4Drain and add rice.

5Spoon into pepper.

6Place in roasting pan.

7Pour tomatoes over and place in preheated 350° oven for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
