- 1 piece vanilla pod
- 7 pieces cranberries
- 1/2 piece nectarine
- 10 grams dried apricots
- 160 milliliters almond milk
- 45 grams oats
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 10 grams walnuts
- 1/2 piece small banana
Directions

1Split the vanilla bean and scrape out the inside, then place in a saucepan with the oats and almond milk. Heat over a medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
