- 4 medium peppers
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
Directions

1Halve green peppers lengthwise.

2Remove seeds and wash. Lightly mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 can of tomato sauce.

3Pile into pepper halves.

4Arrange in a baking dish and pour remaining tomato sauce into dish over peppers.

5Cover tightly and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
