- 3 medium green peppers
- 3/4 lb. ground chuck
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. Minute rice
Directions

1Slice peppers in half (lengthwise) and hollow out.

2Precook green pepper ahead about 2 minutes before putting meat mixture. Combine 1/2 of the tomato sauce and remaining ingredients.

3Fill each half pepper.

4Place stuffed pepper in 2-quart dish.

5Pour remaining tomato sauce over the top of the peppers.

6Cook on High in microwave for 15 minutes, turning dish every 5 minutes (you can precook onion and add into the meat mixture).

7Makes 6 servings.
