- 6 green peppers
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped
- 4 oz. ripe olives
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
- 1/2 c. tomato paste
- 8 Stripples (vegetable protein bacon)
Directions

1Cut top off green peppers and take seeds out.

2Cook Stripples in oil.

3Saute onions, red peppers, olives, garlic and brown rice that has been mixed with tomato paste.

4Put in Stripples that have been cooked and crumbled in small pieces.

5Mix well and spoon into green peppers.

6Put peppers into baking dish.

7Top each with cheese or a little tomato sauce.

8Bake until peppers are tender. Serves 6.
