- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper as desired
- 6 large green peppers
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 8 oz. can tomato juice
Directions

1Saute first 5 items until meat browns.

2Split peppers lengthwise; remove stems and membranes.

3Boil 20 minutes.

4Cook rice according to directions.

5Combine meat and rice mixture, moistening with part of tomato juice.

6Press into cooked pepper shells.

7Place into baking pan.

8Pour remaining tomato juice over all.

9Cover and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
