Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 2 peppers
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Wash peppers; remove seeds, etc.

    Cook in 1 cup boiling water for 5 minutes; drain.

    (Can microwave with a little water until soft, about 2 minutes.)

    Brown beef and onion; stir often.

    Drain off any fat.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Put small amount of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a casserole dish; put in peppers, then the meat mixture.

    Add the remaining spaghetti sauce.

    Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Serves 2.
