- 2 peppers
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Wash peppers; remove seeds, etc.

2Cook in 1 cup boiling water for 5 minutes; drain.

3(Can microwave with a little water until soft, about 2 minutes.)

4Brown beef and onion; stir often.

5Drain off any fat.

6Add remaining ingredients.

7Put small amount of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a casserole dish; put in peppers, then the meat mixture.

8Add the remaining spaghetti sauce.

9Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.

10Serves 2.
