- 4 to 6 medium green bell peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
- butter
Directions

1Wash peppers, remove seeds and membranes.

2Put into boiling water and set aside for 10 to 15 minutes; drain.

3Cook ground beef in skillet; drain excess fat.

4Add 3/4 to 1 can of mushroom soup, undiluted.

5Add crushed potato chips.

6Mixture should be of a soft consistency.

7If too dry, add more soup.
