- 4 medium peppers
- 3/4 lb. hamburger
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1 egg
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 large can tomato sauce
Directions

1Parboil 4 cored pepper shells for about 10 minutes.

2Mix hamburger, egg, garlic salt, pepper, rice and catsup.

3Stuff pepper shells with rice mixture.

4Put in pan with 1 large can of tomato sauce and 1 can of tomatoes (chopped).

5Cover and bring to a boil.

6Lower temperature to low.

7Cook for about 35 minutes with 2 tablespoons of cheese.

8Serves 4.
