- 1 c. rice
- 1 egg
- 1 can tomato soup
- 4 fresh green peppers
- salt
Directions

1Cook rice until almost soft. Cool, then mix with rest of ingredients, except soup. Stuff peppers with mixture. Place in casserole dish. Pour tomato soup over peppers. Cover.

2Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
