  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. rice
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • crackers
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Mix hamburger, rice, crackers, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 can of tomato sauce together.

    Cut bell peppers in half.

    Stuf with hamburger mixture.

    Cover with tomato sauce and a little water. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
