- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. rice
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- crackers
- 1 egg
Directions

1Mix hamburger, rice, crackers, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 can of tomato sauce together.

2Cut bell peppers in half.

3Stuf with hamburger mixture.

4Cover with tomato sauce and a little water. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
