  • 3 to 4 large green peppers
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Directions

    Cook peppers in 1 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon salt for 5 minutes.
