  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • paprika

Directions

    Peel and cut eggs in half.

    Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, salt and pepper.

    Gently mix in the egg yolks.

    Fill egg whites with yolk mixture; sprinkle with paprika. Chill at least 1 hour.
