- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 large can tomatoes, blended
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 3 cans water
Directions

1Brown hamburger meat.

2Add onions and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.

3Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, ketchup, rice, and water.

4Cover and bake at 325° for 45 minutes until rice is done.
