  • 2 peppers, quartered
  • 2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 large can tomatoes, blended
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 c. uncooked rice
  • 3 cans water

Directions

    Brown hamburger meat.

    Add onions and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, ketchup, rice, and water.

    Cover and bake at 325° for 45 minutes until rice is done.
