- 6 large peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cut stems from green peppers and remove seeds.

2Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.

3Mix ground meat with bread crumbs, onions, milk, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

4Fill peppers and bake, covered, for 45 minutes, uncovered for 15 minutes.
