- 8 bell peppers
- 1 c. onions
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. parsley
- 2 lb. shrimp
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Clean shrimp and wash them.

2Cut bell peppers in half.

3Wash them.

4Place them in pot with two cups of water.

5Steam them.

6In a large skillet, simmer onion, garlic, celery and parsley in 1/4 tablespoon of margarine for 10 minutes.

7Then add shrimp and bread crumbs.

8Simmer on low heat until shrimp turn pink and bread crumbs brown.

9Stuff the shrimp dressing into peppers and bake 10 minutes at 350°.
