  • 4 medium green peppers
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. cooked rice
  • 1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
  • 1/4 c. ketchup

    Slice stems and ends from peppers; take out seeds.

    Blanch in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.

    Drain well.

    Combine ground beef and remaining ingredients.

    Stuff peppers and arrange in greased baking dish.

    Top with ketchup if desired. Bake in oven at 350° for about 45 to 50 minutes.
