- 3 peppers, cut in half
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Boil the peppers 5 minutes. Brown the ground beef and onions. Drain.

2Mix tomato sauce with water. Add onion and beef mixture with rice and half the tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Stuff peppers.

3Pour remaining sauce over top.

4Bake in oven at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
