- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 5 large or 10 small peppers
Directions

1Cut pepper in half, remove seeds and pulp.

2If using small peppers, cut off and scoop out centers. Wash.

3Wash rice and mix all ingredients except tomato sauce.

4Fill peppers loosely with the meat mixture.

5Place in Dutch oven, pour tomato sauce on top enough to cover peppers.

6Simmer for 1 hour.
