  • 6 to 8 green peppers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. corn
  • 1/2 c. peas
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. rice
  • 1/2 c. macaroni
  • 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can tomato soup or tomato sauce

Directions

    Parboil peppers 5 minutes. Brown ground beef. Add onion. Cook macaroni and rice. Let cool. Place peppers in casserole dish. Combine all ingredients. Place mixture in peppers. Pour tomato soup or tomato sauce over top. Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
